Well, you could try to make them stop by making an object (standartmesh) to hold em off, so bullets go in, but not out. But it affects friendlies too. I think the only thing you can do to avoid hulks is too substract health only, and leaving the vehicles alone. That way soldiers die a natural way i think, and the vehicle becomes available to others. Another advantage is that the vehicle is practically given away, so the other team has to pay for it
And, if its in a wall hack, no other vehicle can get inside, since the doorway is blocked.
