does it crash for both conquest and ctf?

EDIT: actually, i see one problem already.. you defined a bmp1spawner in your ctf objectspawntemplates.con that didn't exist in the original Ctf/ObjectSpawnTemplates.con... that will cause a crash. if you just copied your objectspawntemplates.con from conquest to ctf, i suggest not doing that in the future since sometimes they use different spawners in different gametypes.

may be the same issue in singleplayer.. make sure you use the original objectspawntemplates.con to change vehicles from singleplayer, and not a copied version from conquest (or ctf).
