Losnar found that for using radars for his own vehicles he needed to create his own radar. Maybe that will solve it..

How do you make the radio commands of one team hearable by everyone?

A free for all shouldn't even have radio commands, since theres no teams to follow them. I would replace all the radio commands with a empty sound file and make it have no text ingame, so that they technically don't exist.

Well the kit on vehicles via DummyProjectiles won't work...It seems if the kit is part of the vehicle in any way except using spawners, the game doesn't like and crashes if someone try's to enter the vehicle or pick up the kit from the vehicle....oh well.

Tanker, you could use the mesh of the kit for the dummy projectile and have a weapon that will drop the kit. (bold for what you messed up I think)
