its posssible to ban whole a IP range if you want, but i think its a bit drastic move.

Actually the very standard are not static, but dynamic IPs.

Everytime your router restarts, reconnects or whatever, a new WAN-IP is generated by the ISP, so your IP is different everytime. That's why IP bans are pretty much useless, only few people set up a static IP as it has many security drawbacks. Dynamic DNS is fare more common for people in need of an easy to reach IP adress (e.g. private server hoster)

EDIT: Okay Ice its been awhile so im a bit rusty I went to my server ftp then pb but im not sure which file or document or whatever to open lol

My IP changes if my modem box is without power for more than 10 minutes. If the power goes out and comes right back on it doesn't change.

Okay I found how were the pictures are and how to view them but still haven't found were the place to putt those settings you recommended in and also the picture show up blank their just black

Well I took the picture of myself I went to bfrm player list right click on my name and take shot I have my firewall on so that could be it maybe? But im not cheating to my knowledge LOL
