Yea I finally got them to open, I realized I was trying to use regular Gmax not the MDT plugin, once I opened them with the plugin it worked. Once I got them open I didn't understand, what do I do because the P38 seems to be built differently, will I need to change the positions of some of the pieces?
OK, well so:
Fus = Base
Han = Hane
Trigger = Trigger
So the Mantel =?
And the Mag =?
Those don't match up :/

first things first. do you msn messenger? that would help a ton. but secondly why don't you just copy EVERYTHING that has to do with the p08? i'm confused with what your doing. and i believe your making this harder then it needs to be? I don't see why you can't just copy all the p08 stuff to the right place and just use it. i'm glad that can now see/edit the models in gmax and i'm glad to help i just need more information on what's going on and where you are in all of it. are you deleting the good ole' p38 and replacing it or just adding the p08 into your mod?

Sorry no, I use xfire....And yea it'd be a big help. I'm replacing the P38 for CSM use, like you can replace sounds, skins, etc...I'm replacing meshes. For use on any non pure server. That's why I can't just copy everything. I already copied the textures and sounds which function (but the textures dont exactly fit on P38 model . So this is the last step (I HOPE).

Here's what will work desertfox just replace with the current walter and it works great! very clean and smooth except for the slight mag issue you'll notice but it's pretty small. glad I could help! i'm glad that i've gone from complete retard noob modder to being able to actually help!newp08.zip

Ok, dude thanks, that is beyond frickin awesome. I used the luger animations though, so I don't see what you said about the mag. But yea, excellent. It goes great with the DCF M9 sound.
