Kits are indestructible. I once heard of a code that puts a death bubble on the kit with a radius so small, that you can walk on it, but if you press G it raises up and you die. This may be the solution.

People arent that stupid. Once they know a kit selfdestructs when someone picks it up, they will simply leave it alone so the officer can spawn there indefinitely.

try this:

ObjectTemplate.isDestroyed 1
ObjectTemplate.TimeToLiveAfterDeath (whatever)

How come when you spawn a kit it stays there forever but when you pick it up and you die it vanishes after a short while? I kinda wondered about that just now.

Yep! it unfortunately is hardcoded and wipe away all our hopes even in mods...
I said mods...if someone can change the exe codes, i'd called it a new game

Thats one of the sad things, While I don't believe its hard-coded, the lack of any form of source code limits us to no solution. For instance, if we had some source code, we could write an If Then Statement, much like the ones they use to spawn bots that says,

If Host Is Dead Then
Kit = Gone
End If

But unfortunately there is no source code to tell us how to do this.

Maybe its possible to make the kit move when its dropped on the ground? I was thinking like making it move way of the map after the kit drops to the ground. mass/gravity/engine maybe? thoughts?
