Um...ok I think this is going over my head what do I open a .ssc file with? Will winRFA read them?

There's a sound script editor included with the Battlefield MDT.

Ok, well I tried WinRFA and it let me see them but heres what I'm confused about. I don't know what to look for in them. I hate to ask people for things but could someone check whatever it is that needs to be checked and change what needs to be changed? I'd really appreciate it and again I hate to ask this.
