i want a bullet that shoots straight but when it hits ground it explodes
m16 shooting bullet bombs
shoots - - - - - - - the boom!
not ~~~~~~~~~~~~then boom

If you change gravitymodifier to 0 you will not see it serverside.
It will however work, or not.
Super funky when a tank shoot in ground 300 meter infront of your tank and you explodes.
Try changing it to -5 and see what happens.

Changing gravity on a bullet you don't see works somewhat better, but when you see where it hits, you get confused again.

Well, SSM and CSM, I've found that the only way to get a projectile to fly straight is to give it a velocity that is very high, like 100 at least (the speed of a bf rifle bullet). In my experience, for some reason, no matter the projectile, gravitymodifier does nothing.
