I tried to examine your map with RFA explorer but got a range check error.

Maybe you mispacked the rfa. Close every map in RFA explorer before packing.

Hope this was the problem.

I'm having this problem with BoB now too. I also use WinRFA, RFA Explorer doesn't work. I've unpacked, edited, repacked and reuploaded alot, it seems neither map like something that all the others are fine with.
