I don't know if It really matters, most Bounding Boxes in the games that deal with physics are just that. boxes, thus I dunna if itd roll or anything.

you need to open the model in 3d max and position the centre of gravity in the centre. Then include it as a custom mesh.


aint nothing else gonna solve it..

or a wild technique... to avoid that.. might be to create a bundle of 2 barrels (bf has 2 of those ste_barrels).. on top of each other... top one with a transparent texture and remove the collision physics from it (would still retain its mass i would expect)... then the visible barrel will have equal weight throughout.

Thats a retarded way to do it though and almost certainly will produce weird effects.

but is an option if you dont have 3dmax or can find someone to modify the model for you.
