Hardrock, I feel horrible that people must lose their lives to such a natural occurance, the point is a lot of deaths and unfortunate injuries could be avoided if an engineer took time to actually think about what they were doing.

Building a city underwater makes about as much sense as building a structure upside down, Common sense would dictate that you build the city above where the flooding reaches, not in it.

One of the most ingenious things ever invented, was the tool, why? Because one day some man decided to bash rocks together, and discovered through common sense that he could use it for many uses.

Its the same deal when building a building fast as opposed to well becomes first priority.
