Ok I am fed up of the oposing team destroying the enterprise and it being the last spawn point left.

my Question is: Is It Possible To Stop The Enterprise Taking damage? If So How?

Yes, there's several ways.
Look at tutorial and damagesystem in game.rfa.

I did something simular to towers on flaming dart.
I added a supply depot with limited repair for it, same value as it had hitpoints.
This made the US towers stand twice as long.
You can make supply depot give unlimited repair aswell.

engineers can actually repair the enterprise

And if you don't work together with at least 3 people doing it the map will end before it's even close to done, so really only useful if it has only taken a little damage. If it's on the verge of sinking, just abandon ship. Save yourselves!!!
