you might be able to use the katyusha (sp?) rocket engine and change it's engine to be c_ETShip. then just use some rudders (wings) off of the lcvp or something.

if this doesn't make sense let me know and i'll try and do up some sample code.

otherwise, you'll need to find a c_ETShip type engine in cherry BF that didn't get it's setnetworkableinfo set in network.con (i think i've looked before and came up empty handed, but i might have missed something). something else to try (and i've always been curious about this) is just set the setnetworkableinfo to something madeup... i wonder if that would work??? 8O

or what about setting it to that thing we were using when we were trying to get the control points to work? when you changed it to that thing the control points didn't show up but it didn't cause a client disconnect...[/quote]

that was the brdm water engine info (a.k.a. BRDM2WaterEngineInfo )... whenever i try and addtemplate or create anything with networkableinfo set on it, i always try it (as a last resort) by setting it to that to see if it helps... sometimes it does, other times it gets nasty
