Urglub is right...unfortunately if you want to fix it this is probably going to have to be how its done.

If its just a few maps that cause the crash; remove the modded files and see if they still cause it. That I might do first. But at any rate, you're probably going to have to beginrem a lot of code...it will take some time sure, but it will fix your problem.

Best thing to do is to get started on it now! Whats it been already? A week or two? Could have probably fixed a map or two or three by now. It won't be easy but it will get the job done.
