Can an engine be attached to the parachute?

The engine would be used to either make the soldier spin out of control in a circular spiral as the soldier floats downwards.
or
The engine would lift the soldier upward...as an updraft.

That's what I was thinking, haven't tried it yet. I will also want to add heat so the engine burns out after X secs.
Maybe it will force the chute to close during firing? Maybe not?

There are about 60 objects using engines in DC/DCF: (does not include 1942)

c_ETCar, c_ETTank, c_ETPlane, c_ETRocket, c_ETShip, c_ETTorpedo

Are these engine types universal in objects??

Can a rocket engine be used in Air objects? Yes, Turbo Choppers.
Can a rocket engine be used in projectiles: Landmines/C4packs? Yes, Frisbees!
Can an Air engine be used in any object? ?????????
Can a Water engine be used in any object? ????????


I did find this which indicates the code for parachute is in BFV but not other mods....probably still callable as if it were there.

yea im not so good at this, i tough maybe i could try take off some things of a reg speedmod :S

*EDIT* it didnt work, i heard a falling sound wen i walked at ground, but would it work if the engine got changed?

what if you try just change the drag of the parachute to something minus?
i have seen that in soem dc there are drag on 3000, could it go if you set like -2000?
like no engines or something just change the drag to go upwerd?
