Not if he use a objectspawner to do it.

If you addtemplated a kit, not a spawner, I believe it would move. But it would never respawn.

My thoughts of the kit spawner attached to the radar are that it would spawn in one place...you would pick it up...you die and drop the kit...and the kit, on respawn, would be in a different part of the arc or swing of the radar (since it keeps spinning this whole time).

Not spin with the kit...I doubt that would work..maybe unless you used HoldObject? lol

Just a "somewhat" random way to get kits to spawn. Not flying or hovering kits..lol

I did use a carrier, enterprise instead of carrier spawner, and the enterprise rotated on the axis of the tower. It kept rotating but it did show up.
