How can i spawn whit my knife a airplane
and id like to have that on only the knife of the GB_Medic

You can't do it server side, and I think you might even need some BFV code to do it client side.

They strictly do clientside modification from what I saw.
If you don't know the differance, read about it.
If you wanna know what they do and how they do it, ask them!
If you wanna do things server side, hit search button.
Every code you find here is free to use on your server.
If your to lazy to search, I'm to lazy to answer.
