or should i addtemplate a car to make him stay underwater

You could try removing the floaters from wherever theyre located (NOT SS), if i remember correctly their somewhere in objects.rfa but i havent done bf modding in quite some time.

Whatever the floaters are now, just add a meter to them or so. If they're #/0.15/# change them to #/1/#.

I just tried looking myself, but I couldn't find anything on the soldier floaters.

I think it's built into the game, the same way that you can't make people fly.

Just changing the torque makes vehicle move faster even underwater.. atleast it did when I changed it. As for infantry.. can't floaters be removed ssm? I remember being on a server on dcf where the soldiers could move underwater and if I remember right the anouncements said that the floaters were removed.
