can dc extended9 or dcfx be modded if so i try to spawn nothing appears i know how to mod dc final but i try the other 2 dc extended and dcfx is it a diffrent way to go modding tose 2 or thay cant be modded thanx

I have modded DCX & DCFX, it's basically the same as any other mod except there are additional objects you can add.

What exactly do you want to do with these mods ?

i just figure it out its taht i cant use rfa explorer cause when i try to open spawn objects or templates it gives me error but i use winrfa umm im just gonna add mor choppers planes trucks stuff like that just to have funn anyways tanx for your reply

heres my dilemma; when i go to DCX, or DCFX, and open up the map/level,
(i'll use "operation_tandem_thrust" for an example, although all the maps seem to be like this), instead of one option in singleplayer i get something like 27 different singleplayer options? i'm thinking that it's the ones with the path that includes default? but when i made my changes, it only saved some of them, and only when i simply changed an existing vehicle, the ones i added at different points didnt show up. (i checked my changes, they all were ok). is it maybe because you have to make these changes in not one, but several folders? i don't have probs with DC, or DC_F, but then they don't have so many options. HELP......please........

hardrock it happens to me also n dcfinal when i spawn say like tanks they wont spawn then i try moving the position to spawn it somewere else try spawning it somewere else to see if taht works also rock i try to use rfa explorer it give s me errors when trying to open the dcfx map so i have to use winrfa yup your right when u open up dcfx u get alot of files but u need to pick the ones just like u r modding dcfinal for instance say berlin u go to berling click single player for coop then find the 2 files u need in there that are object spawn template also object spawn .con u have to look hard to findem also bare with me lol im new to dcfx moding myself hope this help ya out bro

I recommend WinRFA only for un-/packing purposes, esspecially when working mods that u didn't create.

DCR e.g. will not open with RFA Explorer at all and when packing servermaps they usually crashed.

found what i needed, just had to do a lot of snooping, but basically with DCX and DCFX the coop path runs through the conquest, in most cases, so when i went into the cq it worked. i did DCX inside passage and it all worked out, so if your doing coop look to see if at the top of the object spawns it does or doesnt have the path.
