I can hear it already...

Modding a pure apache el al day 2 map. Would love to eliminate the fog and the out of bounds.
Found the tut on the out of bounds but nothing on fog.
Is this possible or is this falling into one of those "hmmm...what's he up to?" topics?

You can't remove fog server-side since the client renders that.

Why Two Kay's right, you can't change fog settings serverside. However since it's El Alamein you're modding you could always base it off El Alamein Day3 instead. Day3 is armour only but has no fog. So it might take a fair amount of work altering the vehicle spawns but you may be able to get a Day2 Apache map but under the Day3 name.

It's the best you'll be able to do if you want to get rid of the fog.
