i am searching always at first but found nothing about soldier turbo and binoculars shooting :S

You can add an engine onto the soldier to make his walk faster, like the jetpack. Just rotate the engine to point back, forcing the soldier forward.
The binoculars are easy, just change projectile on it. That should work. I know it's been dont before.

uhh i tried making the binoculars shoot somthing. i used the Fuel drum thing didnt work

Just switched it that didnt work.

And on top of it all when i shot it the game crashed
