Are the kits you picked up, in game DC 0.7 or not!
Damage you can change on every weapon to do more or less.

You can't change graphic serverside.
It's client controlled.
So I belive kits are from DC0.7 without a doubt.

When you see a battlecruiser from starcraft in berlin let me know.

kk i kinda know how but it would be nice since im a noob if you take the berlin map and mod it in for me

There you will learn the basics.
It will take time to learn and master it.

There are no shortcuts as ask for files with wished modification in it.
I posted all facts needed for you to spawn a kit, use information I gave you.
