alright forget the helimutt... that type anyways...

thought of something a hellovalot easier

so anyways,

how would i get an engine to be on only on right click (altfire)
like this

objectTemplate.Active UH1main engine or w/e
im using a assault hueys enigne, so on right click the mutt will act like its hovering (good for getting over rivers and stuff)

this doesnt work
ObjectTemplate.InputFire c_PIAltFire
or this
ObjectTemplate.InputtoRoll c_PIAltFire
or that with a set in front

any ideas?

If you search you might find something.
That exact code I put out there for you to read a few weeks back.

Rightclick for engine and float over rivers read all about it ---> <---
You don't need to fly over a river, glide over it instead.
And do it with some speed.

ServerSide in BFV I still don't think it's possible to ad an engine.
Pls prove me wrong here.
What you can do is change to property of the engine from land to water or air engine.

Haven't tryed to change Mutt engine to an air engine and then give it an afterburner on right click.
But I think that's doable with out a doubt.
In this case you can run Mutt on land and in water with that engine.
It just need some floaters.

It's to much box thinking form you Hal.
Use the things you can and do what you can with it.
With time you get close to what you wanted in a differant way.
This is what serverside is all about.
Thinking outside the box.

From what i could read on this forum, removing, adding engines only worked on Bf42
I tried to play with it in BfV and i always got bad results...straight disconnection, or disconnection when i spawned in the modded vehicle area.
Only horns codes work perfect server side as a nitroboost.
I've never played with engines client side cause i did classical modding and directly came to ssm
It's hard to get a populated server with downloadable minimods or maps!

what want to know is what f*****g commnad makes the enigne on right click only!!!

something like objecttemplate.inputtoroll or something!!!

i dont care about a floating jeep... ive almost got a chopper jeep... that horn honk code im already using a mutt horn for something like killing people within 20 feet every time it honks...

Speed up: Select Mouse 2 here.

Be carefull what you ask for, you might get it.

We have tryed to tell you that it doesn't work to activate a second engine ServerSide in BFV.

I tryed to give you code for a second engine that isn't an engine but work like it.
And that shoe didn't fit.
It's seams your stuck in your box. When you get out of it, let us know.
For now, your on your own.

gimme some food and some bottles of water, a flashlight, and a book... seems like ill be in for a while

like what i want:

normal jeep
helicopter enigne added, but on right click only, so it can drive normally until right click, where it goes flying

IDEA!!!!

idk if this be out of the box or not, but it definately requires teamwork
maybe if i add the heli engine to the passenger seat so that he controls when the jeep flies or not so the driver can drive normally? if so, how would i do this?

sudden burst of ideas!
