These numbers are assigned in ControlPointTemplates.con
e.g.

ObjectTemplate.radius 5
ObjectTemplate.team 2
ObjectTemplate.spawnGroupId 2
ObjectTemplate.objectSpawnerId 2
and bla ...
1 and 2 are usually assigned to the Main Bases of each team.
Assigning OSID will spawn the corresponding object for each team, defined in ObjectSpawnTemplates.con
ObjectTemplate.set team overrides setOSID.
