Yes, when I say simple, I mean it!
Basically...I decided to make my own map this past week. It's going to be based
loosely on "City Street Large", if any of you have played the Rogue Spear / R6 series.
The problem I'm having is that I want to have a warehouse under the middle of the map. Well, I have it carved out and am getting objects placed, but the only thing I can imagine using for the walls is sidewalk sections. They're long, wide, rocky-looking, so will do the trick for now, but they are kind of half-assed. I'd like to change it, but I don't know how and/or don't have the means at the moment.
Here's some early screenshots:
Starting to place objects.
"Sidewalk wall" visible to right.
One of the entrances to the tunnel system.
As you can see in the pic above, this is what I originally wanted to use for the walls; these grey concrete slabs (object name: rh_pacfac_door_m1). The problem was they're so small it would take forever, and that just means MORE seams in the wall, MORE time placing objects, and possibly more lag.
Anyhow, ideally ALL i want is just a huge rectangular concrete slab I could use as wall sections. Copy+pasted the texture of the pacfac_door_m1 even. Probably sortof the same for the ground above the warehouse, but with the sidewalk -- A large, square section of sidewalk I could place on the top, maybe 4 or so to cover the roof.
What would be the way to go about doing this...? Unfortunately I don't have photoshop; I may have the means to get it though.
thanks for any help!
