What exactly is it you are trying to do to this map ?
Just moving the flags ( control points ) to another coordinate ? = easy
Moving control points
plus it's object spawners ? = easy
Moving control points and editing them + object spawners
plus soldier spawns ? = a liitle more involved work but not too difficult.
( your file was missing the "ControlPointTemplates.con" ) to do this.
I added the files you needed to make this map work.
Changing the attributes of the control points requires that you edit the "ControlPointTemplates.con".

Usually when I modify maps for people, we communicate via ventrilo while we are in a server with the map they want modded.
They show what they want to have added, moved or changed in the map while I get the proper coordinates for the control points, object spawners, etc.
Then after all the map specifications are completed, I work on the file, upload it to the server and then they see the results as to how they wanted the map to be.
