well i solved the problem, but in a different way, i made it :
ObjectTemplate.setHudAmmoType ATIconAndHeatBar ObjectTemplate.setAmmoIcon "Ammo/Icon_texture_64x32.tga"
instead of ABammobar i used he code above, the ammo/icon_texture_ is any texture you want that comes from the menu screen. hope this helps some people.
this makes the hud ammo bar the same as that of a medic ammo bar, instead of a regular clip with how many clips left. when you shoot the ammo runs out, when you stand next to a ammo box the ammo bar reloads (if you have it as the gun has 1 clip...see 1st post)
