Then DC doesn't use much netcode at all.
6.2kb/sec per slot.
56Modem speed=6.4kb/s.

SSM on a server doesn't make server send more information. More objects on server make it send more information.

A test you all can do is to press ctrl+alt+del and hit network.
Show history for networkcard recieved only.
Start your game and play for a while, press alt+tab an look at numbers.

Most home internet ISP's wont allow customers to host any http, ftp, or smpt servers on their network, you should check with your ISP's end user agreement to see if they allow this. You don't want them finding out and then disconnecting you, possibly not ever letting you back into their network again.

Ok guys, damn lol. I got have checked the TOS of my cable company and I know it's... NOT leagal but I'm not that concerned. (Don't give my any crap) And I know running a server outta your house isn't a great idea.... Niether is driving a crappy car, or living in a small house, or buy cheap clothes, get the drift? Not saying I'm poor, cause I would be lying to you but I'm not paying for a server and this will do for now. Thanks for the input!

I thought BFV was a bad mod made from BF1942, but after reading rossdagley's input, I now think BFV is extreamly bad mod from BF1942.
Your not only need a 4 times faster computer to run BFV, you need more bandwidth aswell.

Well, it looks like they use totaly differant netcode to say the least.
I didn't even think for one sec that info sent by server was any diffrent, BF1942/DC VS BFV.
But it looks like you need 3 times more bandwith for BFV servers then for BF1942 servers.
Probebly that's why you die so much faster in BFV All bullets are sent.

And I wonder how we can get off topic in a off topic thread.
