But otherwise, just put the newly modified Game.rfa file in the bf1942/levels/ dir. of your map patch (eg. el_alamein_004.rfa)?

I think I tried this but after I did, BF DedicatedServer wouldn't even run for me to create a local game.

I know it's possible, because I've played on the Mafia servers and they have modified theirs to even give you 2 points for suicide!
I couls ask them, but I'm not sure if they would be willing to help me or not.

It's possible to modify the point system for all maps no problem, but just for 1 map hasn't been done here yet.
There are a few ways it might work, it's just taking the time to try them all.
