Multiple people on this forum and other places have unsuccessfully tryed to get cols RFA Explorer to work without any succes. It seems the makerfa program jsut doesnt work on systems for unknown reasons.
You cna try to get it to work, but i doubt this forum will be of much help, since this issue has been here alot and never solved.
Just switch to WinRFA. It has a very easy to use interface, youll get used to it in notime. You just got to deal with the fact you doint have a directory tree in a side windows and you cant view .dds on the fly. You get it here:
