I had considered it after playing in the *TNT* server (which I am a member of, but don't get it confused with the various other BF/BFV TNT clans.)

So over all the ways to do this whats the best way to make a standalone ladder from the ground go aaaaaaaaaall the way up and whats the way to make a ladder attached to a building and just go from the ground to the roof.

After looking over the thread, to figure this i see that to make it go all the way up from ground you have to mod the mesh in 3dsmax and take the coordinates and put them in the confile. That would tell me where to put it on buildings.
Im guessing this is all in Objects.rfa.
Since there are multiple types of ladders i can still have a decently sized ladder and not worry about losing one.

To make the ladder bigger i'd change the collision max in 3ds max?

I'm making sure everything i've said is valid and follows what you are trying to tell me.

Yes youre right, just change the collision model. Its the only thing that has an effect on the server, everything else is just for the renderer.

Coordinates can best be found in 3dsmax, yes.
