A water engine needs to be in the water to work. His code is, ObjectTemplate.addTemplate BRDM2WaterEngine ObjectTemplate.setPosition 0/0/-.7 It needs to be altered to something like this. ObjectTemplate.addTemplate BRDM2WaterEngine ObjectTemplate.setPosition 0/-.6/-.7 |

First of all I chose not to use the water engine for mobility. I wasn't trying to make another LCVP (which if I had simply used the water engine that would have been the result. I could have tweaked the water engine too but that would have meant having a tweake the water engine and tweake rocket engine, so I choose just the rocket engine). Second, I think there might be an issue with water engine propelling the DPV. I have not been able to figure this out yet. Every time I lower the water engine into the water, the dpv pulls down into the water instead gliding accross it. A fix for this would be to use the rocket engine at a slower pace (about 100/100 speed/accel) that would render a more boat like speed. You can set the rocket engine to the trottle key to make it work more like the water engine (as opposed to useing the alt fire to move). |

did you go to the right one? I have an El Alamien and a Wake server Name: FZZ Wake Modded IP: 66.165.8.53:14568 and Name: FZZ El Alamein Modded IP:66.165.8.53:14567 if you connect by IP, you need to include the right port numbers. Wake is not on the defualt port |
