well, i tinkered with it for a while for the turbo on Airwolf, tried the fuel gauge but it only wiorks clientside and the input needs to be a fire button. thrust is somehow always considered to be "engine running" so it won't cool down, except if u leave the vehicle, and it will not be linked to a heatbar u can use ... thats how far i got sofar, if anyone else has more info , pls post, this is a cool feature. |

Well, along with my Weapons Codes for the Planes (See topic "Planes Have Correct Number of Guns") Im inputting this into a small realism mod for Battlefield 1942. Unfortunately, as this has to be done clientside ill have to post it for download, but i think it will only be a max size of 50MB, and that is if i add custom maps. Im tinkering with the healthbar fuel gauge and i came up with an idea. How about a weapon that only affects this new fuel bar, that is fire when the throttle button (Usually "W") is pressed, and its projectile hits the side of the plane you are piloting? Its just a crazy thought, but it may be worth investigating. |

In BFV I run something I call a human harrier. It has code that works serverside. It's a horn that has recoild and overheats when used to often. Remove throttle code and ad horn code to make vehicles run out of gas. Problem is to activate horncode when vehicles has wepons. If it only have one wepon it works super. |

there is a way to change the code that fires the weapon, though i think this just affects AI, which is good as the player can remember to use right click, whereas the AI aren't that smart when it comes to memory |
