While a little confusing...... is "Apache Wars" a trademark you retain ownership of?

I thought your release maps where based on other peoples maps anyway? Like Gazalla and the like? If so, are you not just as rude to not call your maps "Gazalla Apache Wars"?

I have not played Apache Wars for a long time, so forgive me if this is no longer the case.

Please take my words with a grain of salt. As a TooLazy2p moderator I should not get too involved with this, but I feel that you are claiming ownership of something that you (as far as I can tell) do not own.

I do agree with you however that it is your watermark of sorts, and should be respected as such. I have seen your servers running the "Apache Wars" maps for a long, long time, and that should be seen as implied ownership.

Just downloaded your map pack, sry m8 you are just modding other peoples maps and calling them by new names. Must burn you that most of what you have released as client side maps, can almost all be done as server-side mods. Sorry if we have stolen your thunder by making the S-S info available.

Bob, in the name of good vibes I think you could find a new name for your map mods. That however is completely up to you.
