What type of graphics card do you have ?
What are your game video settings ?
Is there a sound card and if so what type ?
Do you have 'Hardware acceleration' enabled in your game sound settings ?
Did you update your Punk Buster by using the pbweb.exe in the PB folder ?
If it's a Punk Buster related problem, usually updating it manually helps so there will be no need for the game server PB to attempt to update it for you while in the game.
Do you have any auto update programs running while the game is on ?
Sometimes anti virus auto updating programs could cause the game to exit because they periodically ( every 8-16 minutes on average ) check their websites for updates.
Sometimes a low setting for a screensaver could cause the game to exit.
When running the game it is best to first clear out your temporary internet files, delete all cookies, clear history and close all auto update programs and any other programs running that are not being used at the moment.
The less programs running while playing the game helps to insure smooth gameplay.
