ok, im not one thats so set in my ways that i caint back up. out of curiosity, thanks to iced and some others, i tried one more time to fiddle with battlecraft42. after carefully reading what little instructions came with it, i figured out how to do some very "low level" stuff with it. but i can see as clear as day
how it can be a useful tool, so i was wrong, it is'nt a "crappy" program, i was just a crappy operator. 
, i only used it for BF42, i now will go about trying to figure out how to use it with DC, DC_F, DCX, and DCFX. it beats the hell out of having to start the game, use console.showstats, write all that down, close the game, etc., so thank you ICED, and the others, and in general the server side modding community,from not knowing how to install Battlefield 1942 to now, i have come a long way, thanks mainly to you all.....peace and love yall!
