Battlefield Modding Tutorials BFMODS

as i sat here looking through all the knowledge this place has to offer i got to thinking, (LOOK OUT ETHEL! ), i have only been on a few servers, mostly empty, that spring from here, and only played with a handfull of people from here. so, i thought maybe, if there was enough interest, we could set up a time, like maybe once a month, where we can all get together and play on a modded map? get a Teamspeak or Ventrilo server and play? only thing is, it might have to be just BF42, since not everyone has BFV, and\or the Desert Combat series. what do you think? good idea ?

Actually i think this is a good idea

That might not be bad.

It would be killer if all of us could pool our modding knowledge and make a mod server that really kicks ass...because that's the only way 1942 is going to be extended. Little piddly 20 slots with 1 or 2 modded maps that are usually empty aren't going to do anything.

BUT...if you can have a LARGE server with a good modded map ROTATION...and get it populated (not a lot of other competition in the ssm community)...I think it will survive. Once you get it populated, it'll get some regulars, and then hopefully remain a favorite server.

ill play hardrock a bunch of modders sounds like a good idea to me
