when re installing bf1942 i get this error around 1% it says "specified component cannot be found in media. An attempt was made to access a component taht does not exist in the named media" This is exactly what it says so im made right now basicaly pullin my hair out here

Drag and drop both CD's to a folder on your computer, and run setup.exe from there. If you get an error when copying, then the CD has issues/scratches. |

I used to get this error but it was because some files of bf1942 got deleted. So it couldnt run, and it could install/unistall. So i had to reformat
