Ip Cannot be a 192.168... It is a local internet protocal.

That IP address, like phantom said, is you internal IP, and is useless for others trying to connect to it. I'm guessing you probably have a router, which is why you have an internal and an external IP.

Go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ to find your true external IP address that everyone else on the net knows you by and can connect to.
