Max transfer for PB I think is about 2-4kb/s.
I tried to make it 50kb/s but no reaction on download speed.
Probebly you took this screenshot close to end of map, less then 1 minute.
Or you took 2 at once.
Let it download properly and then take next one.
Give screenshoot about (Picturesize170kb/downloadspeed2kb/s=85) 90 sec to download.

You see the ping hacker thingy alot on infantry servers where you may fire a whole clip into a guy, but he fires 3 shots and your dead. Some Skill eh.

Well i try towait like 5 min before i take another shot. It have been much "Screenshot transfer was incomplete" and such, so i doubble checked the settings and ran some test and it seems to be working as it should. Except for some players that is.

Check there ping with pingplotter.
Think you get your answer from it.
Bad connection.

Or they simply have a punkbuster hax.

Sometimes people are running software that blocks punkbuster without their knowledge.

I also heard that pb screens don't work on comps with certain vid cards.

Mac's will disconnect when attempting screens, other than that , i do not know anything hardcopy that will prevent pb screenshots unintentionally continiously.

Graphic card has nothing to do with it since vga is picked before its send to Card and screen.
