in Objectspawntemplates.con Original engine is removed New engine is added. in Objectspawntemplates.con new engine is created with path to sound script > if u do loadsoundscript /sounds/truckv8.ssc bf will look for the folder SOUND in the same folder OS.con is in. > if u do loadsoundscript ../sound/truckv8.ssc, bf will go up one subdirectory and look there for the folder SOUNJ, containing the script. pls post the path to the file that holds the code for the new engine in ur mod So if u create the engine in objects.rfa , u will need to match the path of the soundscript to the actual location where u put the soundscripts for this engine. For better comms, pls post the path to the file that holds the code for the new engine in ur mod |
