i've tried using other spawns, but could only get the MH-53 and the Mi8 spawns to actually place. the only difference is that the MH-53 and Mi8 have the spawner addtemplated to the PCO positions in the plane, and you add those PCO positions to your spawners in the objectspawntemplates.con. the AC-130 spawns you in the back, but your not in a PCO, your just standing in the cargo area (just like on the carriers).
i've tried everything i could think of to use the soldier spawns from carriers, and other crafts but had no luck. but then i might have missed something. i have tried just adding the actual soldier spawners themselves (like in your example code) but for some reason, they don't show up after the map loads
but once again.. i mighta missed something... hell, it may be something as silly as getting the OSid correct.
if you figure it out tho, i'd love to know cuz i have some maps that use the Mi8 and/or MH-53 that i'd like to add some spawns to.
