aH, The first, I don't think you can do as a SSM. Would require tons of code IF it worked. The third, I know you can't do as a SSM. The second is to see what the map code did to disable the ships and re- enable it, or call on the model that isn't deactivated. It doesn't fix the problem of what you plan to do with the flags though. If you leave them where they are, as they are, then the moment your carrier leaves, any pilot can bail out and end the game right there. |

It is possibly to the do spawn in a plane in midair thing. I know I have managed to get it working, you add an additional carriar (say WAY up in the air at like A1. Then you move the spawn points from that, to regular planes spawning in midair with the holdObject command set to 1 (that way they dont fall) |

Then all of what you ask is possible since it isn't a SSM. Use existing maps as a guide to add the code you want. For the first, use what 2kills said but give the plane the same soldier spawn as the submarine carries. The second, Just place the Enterprize ans Shokaku models where you want. Third, add whatever sounds you want to lines on the map. Use Bocage as example of river sounds. For global sounds, look at DC_Urban_Siege. U_S has a decent flyby of a aircraft sound. Teaching yourself using examples as a guide is the best way to learn. |
