cachespawn and static object spawning is the same thing, but static objects have no hp and therefor cant be destroyed, if you are reffering to the precache.con that doenst actually spawn anything on the level as its run before the level loads all the way.... but theres a command in it ive been meaning to try out.... see if you can use that delete command on staticobjects.con to clear out buildings you done want anymore?

as to running outa spawners yeah we've got that covered for the most part
