Ok, I found something curious while making my DC Final multiplayer patch. In previous versions of DesertCombat, it appears they had different versions of the weapons. Here is what I found, and I'd like to have these models/skins/animations if someone does/knows where to get them. It would be better than making them again from the pics. First, a Stargate SG-1 MP5A4, with flashlight and Scope: ![]() Second, A M249 MKI, with folding stock and lack of heatshield: ![]() Does anyone please have/know where to get these models with skins and animations? I would extremely appreciate any help. |

It was just a mistake when they were making it. These models very likely were not made by the modding team or else they would probably be in game. Who knows, but probably no one here. |

I've seen these before, in ingame screenshots (old ones indeed, mostly for texture sets released after the first version). And we discussed the MP5 before, it's in the background movie. After closer scrutiny I noticed the M249 Mk I is too. These definitely used to be ingame. Unless mr h you're willing to make them... ![]() As well, looking over DC Changelists I found both "Updated MP5 Model" and "Updated M249 Model" at two different points. |

Yay I found .4j, for bf42 version 1.45, I hope that's old enough. If I get the M249 model, I'll still have to cut it apart in 3dsmax so it works with existing DC Final animations..Should be fun The DC .7 SAW is one piece, the DC Final .8 SAW is several pieces, this will likely be on piece as well. ![]() |

I got them, and I have to wonder why they ever got rid of them... MP5: M249 SAW Mk.I Heres the MP5 ingame. I think it looks alot better than the current model/skin. I cropped it to fit on the page. And yes that's a woodland Abrams in the background ![]() ![]() Just like everything else I've done it works on any DCF server you join- this will be in the next version of my patch along with the old M249 (really its an FN249 MkI) model linked above. |

It's a clock....and it's from xfire. I also removed the minimap, ammo counter, and all that other stuff that would usually be on screen by opening the console (`) and typing in "hud 0" |
