Hi guys, I hope I haven't come to a dead forum/community after all these years BF1942 and DC has been so inactive! I would appreciate it if someone can mod me a simple El Alamein map designated for dogfights... you know... everything modded out except for a few fast spawning fighter jets on the runways for both sides. Also DISABLED parachute! And disabled outposts as well. Every single weapon kit has to be disabled too so there cannot be any shooting (knife you can leave on) but the rest disabled! Hope this is not too much of a task for someone to help me if (if there are any of you nice people left). I've done modding in the past but screwed up way too many times and finally gave up on the hard stuff. Not being lazy here!! Here's just a list of basic tutorials that answer most of your questions, I believe. For the vehicles, look at that tutorial if you don't already have a basic understanding of ObjectSpawnTemplates.con and ObjectSpawns.con. To remove all the vehicles that you don't want, just delete or rem out the spawns for those vehicles. DON'T remove the SpawnTemplate. For removing the control points, I suppose you could just remove the spawns for those as well. I've never really messed with flags so I'll let somebody else answer that part. |

Just to comment, I can't really help you with anything Jason hasn't already said, just letting you know though...We don't do things for you, this isn't a request board. We will however TEACH you how to do things. That old saying, something about a guy and fishing.... |
