Is the server on your computer, or do you access to the server??
Use this to find their IP:
http://www.networkactiv.com/PIAFCTM.htmlDownload it onto the server (or wherever BF1942 server is running), install it, run it, and choose to scan packets. A screen will pop up...hit scan, and you will see the thing go bonkers. Hit stop after 30 seconds or so. At the top, sort the scan by 'from IP'. If you were being attacked at the time...the IP will be listed here. IF there are people in the server, you have to match the IPs in BFRM to this program, to make sure you don't ban the wrong one. The packets should be the same size as well. Once you've found the culprit, copy the IP down and ban it in BFRM like you would anyone else. Problem solved!
