"Serious damage"? Oh come on, you never jeeped a tank before?

| Post subject: | Jeeps Killing Tanks |
Some how the jeeps and cycles on my maps will kill tanks by just barely hitting or bumping them. I'm not sure why this is happening. It happens on all maps, not just modded ones. Anyone know what might cause this? |

Have you increased mass? or changed the material. Have you changed the speedmod on the tanks? |

In the battlefield tutorial at the MDT is stated that the minimum mass should not be set below 2500 for any type of vehicle for having the vehicle behaving correctly on the terrain. So if the mass of a jeep is minimum 2500 you should compare it to the mass of a tank. It should be at least or 20000 to be of difference. In BF1942 tanks have 25000. I guess it must be in lbs and not kg since 2500 kg would be very heavy for a jeep. Explosion damage is standard set to 5 so shouldn't do any serious damage to a tank unless the tank is critical hit already. |
