Look at kharkov. cullRadius.con is right there.
What that file is doing is adjusting some default settings, from what I can see. They needed to patch them for that map, so they created cullRadius.con. CullRadius has to do with visibility of objects; for instance at what range they can be seen.
Just remove that line, since its already being ran by the server/client.
I just want to make sure, but you know static objects won't be seen by the client, right?
Also, if you're just adding some statics, just put them at the end of ObjectSpawns.con, there's no need for the whole staticobjects.con file (adding about 70kb).
