The point is that you choose a kit at the start of "the war" to support the team.
The realism of the game means that you make this choice carefully and try to stay
alive as long as possible. To accomplish this you better select upfront a kit that
complements the other players. Changing the kit whenever you like is ruining the teamplay.
I myself play mostly engineer to support the mechanised troops. This means also that I
wont rush into buildings to clear them with a single bolt rifle. You end up dead very quickly
So in my oppinion do yourself a favour and don't use it.
